Sales Executive - Abu Dhabi

About the role

A recruitment consultancy is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. The role covers driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, finding new business opportunities and achieving assigned sales targets. It suits someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Hold client meetings, give presentations and demonstrate products or services.
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales agreements, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure good customer service and project execution.
• Follow up leads, inquiries and requests promptly.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent English; Arabic, Chinese or Hindi is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
