Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker Preferred)

About the role

Air Q Limited is seeking a proactive, results‑driven Sales Executive to join its Commercial Department in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building client relationships, generating new business opportunities and driving commercial growth in a fast‑paced B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking and prospecting.
• Generate qualified leads, convert prospects into long‑term customers and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, prepare compelling proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and support closing of sales.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate with technical, finance and operations teams, and monitor proposal status throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline updates and sales reports within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, procurement and management to ensure smooth delivery of customer solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or commercial sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
