Product Specialist – Medical & Surgical Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Product Specialist to join Bayan Medical Company. In this position you will drive sales of our medical and surgical equipment portfolio, providing technical support and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities focused on promoting and selling medical and surgical equipment.
• Recommend and implement changes to sales techniques to improve performance.
• Provide expert technical knowledge and support to HCPs in OT environments.
• Implement sales programs aimed at revenue growth and market‑share expansion.
• Develop, implement and monitor annual sales forecasts aligned with business goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and deliver professional customer service.
• Identify and target potential customers, generating leads for equipment sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of sales experience handling medical/surgical equipment in the UAE.

Required skills

• Sales planning, forecasting and budgeting.
• Negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Strong market knowledge of medical devices.
