Sales Executive - B2B

About the role

The Sales Executive – B2B will drive delegate acquisition for INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions by conducting outbound outreach, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with potential attendees. This position combines telesales activities with event promotion to support the company’s growth across its conference and exhibition portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to targeted prospect lists and generate qualified leads.
• Send follow‑up emails and manage ongoing communication with potential delegates.
• Achieve sales targets both in volume and value for delegate acquisition.
• Collaborate with local societies, regional partners, and media outlets to increase event visibility.
• Process registration data, verify information, and report progress to project leads.
• Maintain and update event social‑media channels with weekly flyers, promotions, and program highlights.
• Manage email and SMS campaign databases for all events.
• Coordinate with the IT team for event setup in the Maestro platform.
• Ensure timely onsite delegate email and SMS reminders.
• Record daily activities in the CRM system and provide weekly progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1‑2 years of telesales experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
