Sales Executive - Business Setup & Corporate Services

About the role

Dubai South Business Hub Free Zone is hiring multiple full-time Sales Executives for its growing sales team. The company offers a 100% digital licensing experience, covers more than 3,500 business activities and provides end-to-end support for entrepreneurs and businesses setting up in the UAE. The ideal candidate has experience in UAE business setup, corporate services or banking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and convert prospects into customers
• Advise clients on business setup, licensing and related services
• Build strong client relationships and manage the complete sales cycle
• Achieve monthly sales targets and keep a healthy pipeline
• Keep CRM records accurate and follow up on time

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
• 2+ years of UAE sales experience, preferably in business setup, corporate services or banking
• Good understanding of UAE company formation and licensing processes
• Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and target-driven
