Sales Executive - Corporate

About the role

Join the sales team at Doubletree by Hilton Fujairah City and help drive corporate revenue by creating memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and supporting the hotel’s growth in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by analysing market trends and competitor activity across revenue streams.
• Grow customer accounts through relationship building and local travel to increase market share.
• Negotiate and secure group and corporate bookings, preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives tailored to the market.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to create comprehensive sales programs and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and provide timely updates to sales leadership.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries to support conversion and satisfaction.
