Sales Executive - Corporate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive – Corporate to join our Dubai team at AccorHotel. In this role you will drive new business opportunities within the corporate sector, build strategic relationships and deliver revenue growth through consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new corporate accounts through strategic outreach and market analysis.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, product demonstrations and proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation, closure and onboarding.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue and market penetration.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM and provide regular forecasts.
• Collaborate with product, service delivery and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years proven B2B sales experience in the corporate sector.
• Strong understanding of corporate buying cycles and procurement processes.
• Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills with a record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data‑driven decision making.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
