About the role
Wellfit, a leading UAE fitness and wellness brand, is looking for a Sales Executive to drive new member growth and retention in Dubai. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage leads, and convert them into active members.
Key responsibilities
- Manage lead pipeline: call, clean, qualify, and advance leads while monitoring daily lead volume and quality.
- Act as key account manager for an assigned customer base, handling inbound/outbound calls, follow‑ups, satisfaction checks, and complaints.
- Prepare and present reports to the Sales Manager, maintain customer profiles, and update acquisition/retention forecasts.
Required profile
- 5+ years experience in Sales and Customer Experience roles.
- At least 2 years in the Fitness/Wellness industry.
