Join SUSA SHIPPING SERVICES in Dubai as a Sales Executive focused on freight forwarding. You will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored logistics solutions, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding market in Dubai and surrounding regions.
• Generate leads, prospect clients, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with operations to design cost‑effective logistics solutions and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while meeting profitability targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Report sales performance metrics to management and represent the company at industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics within the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
