Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding

About the role

A client of ours, a trusted partner in global logistics and freight solutions delivering freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain services since 2014 in the UAE, is hiring a Sales Executive. The role is responsible for identifying, developing and executing strategic growth initiatives in the freight forwarding industry, driving revenue growth, expanding market share and finding new business through market analysis, strategic planning and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive company growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and industry influencers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or a related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management and international trade regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

What we offer

• Salary of up to AED 10,000 depending on experience.
