Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding

About the role

Freight Hub Shipping LLC, a fast-growing logistics provider in Dubai offering air, sea and land freight forwarding, customs brokerage and specialized handling, is looking for a Sales Executive to grow its client base, manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing client accounts in freight logistics
• Prepare and present freight quotes and RFPs, negotiate terms and close deals
• Coordinate with operations on shipment planning, scheduling and execution
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers and partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Use CRM and tracking tools to monitor leads and pipeline

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field
• At least 2 years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding or a related sales role
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• UAE driving licence preferred

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• CRM and tracking tools
