Sales Executive - Holiday Homes

About the role

FourPlus Media is launching a new project in Dubai’s holiday‑home sector and seeks a driven Sales Executive to join from day one. This role offers early‑career professionals hands‑on exposure to B2B sales, client relationships and business development in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach B2B prospects such as property owners, landlords, real‑estate agencies and holiday‑home operators.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating the value proposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to drive retention and repeat business.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Track market trends and competitor activity in the holiday‑home space.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome).
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic or other languages a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Confident, presentable and comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
