Sales Executive – HoReCa Division

About the role

Hearty Mart Overseas General Trading LLC is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to expand its HoReCa business across the UAE. You will promote a range of premium spices, seasonings, and food ingredients under the Chef Ki Pasand brand to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new HoReCa customers throughout the UAE.
• Conduct daily visits to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering firms.
• Build and maintain relationships with Executive Chefs, Purchase Managers, and F&B Managers.
• Present products, organise sampling sessions, and respond to inquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE HoReCa sector.
• Background in food ingredients, spices, seasonings, FMCG, or related food‑service products.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
• Existing network of HoReCa contacts is an advantage.
