Sales Executive (Hospitality)

About the role

The ACT Hotel & 72 Hotel group is seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to expand its commercial footprint across Sharjah’s luxury hospitality market. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing corporate and government accounts, and increasing market share in MICE, leisure, corporate, and government segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and government entities.
• Lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close formal agreements.
• Conduct client meetings, property tours, and site inspections for prospective MICE and corporate bookings.
• Represent the hotel at regional networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven sales experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Current residence in the United Arab Emirates.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory for client visits).

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and networking capabilities.
• Effective B2B communication and persuasive presentation skills.
