Sales Executive

About the role

Primealley is seeking a confident, result‑driven Sales Executive to join its Dubai office. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting cloud‑based communication solutions and closing new business across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals and market research.
• Identify and approach decision‑makers such as CEOs, Directors, IT Managers, Operations Managers and Business Owners.
• Present Primealley’s cloud‑calling, contact‑center, workspace, CRM and AI‑powered communication solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demos and presentations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with prospects and existing clients.
• Update the CRM with leads, opportunities, meeting notes and interactions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to support client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecom or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing or lead generation.
• UAE sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu a plus.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and client‑handling abilities.
• Proven ability to conduct professional cold calls and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Background in Telecom, SaaS, Cloud Solutions, IT services or B2B sales is an advantage.
