About the role

Hallway Institute of Management is seeking a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help build up its business activities in Dubai. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role contributes directly to meeting and surpassing business expectations and supports rapid, sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate client needs.
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns.
  • Negotiate and close deals while handling complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Maintain client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

  • At least 2 years proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role within the UAE.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
