Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive client acquisition and manage existing accounts for Rixos Hotels in Dubai, promoting the property’s facilities and services to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking and outreach.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, maintaining regular contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings and site inspections to showcase the property.
• Develop tailored proposals, negotiate rates and close deals in line with company policies.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Track and report on sales performance, client interactions and revenue projections.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Marketing and Events teams to align sales initiatives.
• Represent the property at local events, trade shows and sales missions.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and results‑focused.
• Professional appearance and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous).
