Sales Executive

About the role

Hirexel is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive the full sales cycle for its professional services in Sharjah. You will engage SMEs and business owners, present a range of audit, accounting and tax solutions, and build long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals and closing.
• Identify, qualify and approach SMEs and business owners.
• Present services including audit, accounting, VAT, corporate tax, compliance and company formation.
• Build long‑term client relationships and handle long sales cycles.
• Meet clients at the office and on‑site.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reporting.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of sales experience in accounting, audit, tax consultancy or related professional services in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of selling non‑tangible B2B services.
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
