Sales Executive

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to reach company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospects.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Conduct market research on trends and competitors.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients to close sales.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment.
• Track sales metrics, report on sales activity and give feedback on market conditions and product improvements.
• Keep accurate sales records in the CRM system and update product and competitor knowledge.
• Take part in industry events, conferences and networking activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Proven sales experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and tailor sales solutions.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines; flexibility to travel for clients and events.

Required skills
