Sales Executive

About the role

Alpha Pro, a professional company focused on reliable, high-quality services, is looking for a Sales Executive in Dubai to develop business and build lasting client relationships. The role covers identifying prospects, understanding their needs, presenting suitable services and helping achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads through research, networking, referrals and follow-up.
• Engage prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and recommend service solutions.
• Prepare proposals, explain service value, negotiate commercial terms and move opportunities to closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, pipeline activity and sales forecasts in the company's tracking systems.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers, address questions and coordinate internally to support service delivery.
• Monitor market activity and customer feedback and share insights with the team.
• Work toward agreed individual and team sales targets while representing Alpha Pro professionally.

Required profile

• Strong prospecting, lead qualification and consultative selling abilities.
• Confident verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and explain relevant services clearly and accurately.
• Organised follow-up habits and effective management of a customer pipeline and sales activity records.
• Sound customer relationship skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working toward measurable targets and adapting to changing customer priorities.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets and customer or sales tracking tools.
• Good listening, problem-solving and time-management skills.
