Sales Executive - Marbles & Tiles

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Sales Executive for marbles and tiles in Dubai. You will meet and present solutions to consultants, clients, end users and contractors, demonstrating the technical adaptability, quality and cost-effectiveness of the company's products. The role targets the construction and building materials market and works alongside the sales team from tender through to order.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comparative analyses against competitors and life-cycle costing
• Present solutions at various forums and build new tools to expand market share
• Work with the sales team from tender stage until the order is secured, aiming to increase the win ratio
• Build relationships with consultants so they become favoured partners
• Convert leads into company specifications and maintain a leading market position
• Support sales in securing company approval where needed
• Report visits, specifications, project details and activities in the CRM

Required profile

• At least 3 years in a similar role with knowledge of ceramics, building materials and tile products
• An engineering degree with commercial aptitude preferred
• Excellent communication in English, speaking and writing
• Active, proactive, energetic and results-oriented, with strong initiative and personal drive
