Sales Executive – MENA Region

About the role

Hype Energy is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth across the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with the Sales Director to expand the brand’s presence in existing and new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales Director with daily activities for existing MENA clients.
• Identify and map potential customers, generate leads and new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow sales with current distribution partners and develop new relationships.
• Assist in pricing strategy, ensuring consistency across markets.
• Negotiate contracts, renew agreements and handle market visits.
• Prepare contracts, product registrations and resolve customer issues with the Sales Administrators.
• Develop and implement sales analysis tools and share insights with other departments.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Innovation, Supply Chain and Marketing on product trends and customized strategies.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, preferably in the beverage or functional products sector.
• Strong understanding of traditional and modern trade channels in the MENA region.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and travel within the region as needed.
