Sales Executive - Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs & Rental

About the role

AMS Group is hiring a Sales Executive for its Specialized Sports Equipment team in Abu Dhabi. The role covers the sale of brand-new and used motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs, and the management of the motorcycle rental business. It is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering strong service and sales results in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Sell brand new and used motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs to individual and corporate customers.
• Manage and grow the motorcycle rental business, keeping operations smooth and customers satisfied.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers through good service and follow-up.
• Help organize and run marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Arrange and oversee test rides to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory and customer interactions using CRM tools and other software.
• Carry out day-to-day administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Graduation or equivalent qualification.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and current market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently and in a team.
• Valid motorcycle licence.
• Nice to have: additional sales, marketing or automotive certifications; rental experience; knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market; multilingual ability, especially Arabic and English.
