Sales Executive - Office Furniture

About the role

An experienced, results-driven Sales Executive is sought for the office furniture industry in Dubai. The role covers business development, client relationship management and meeting sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts and offering customised office furniture solutions to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate, commercial, government, hospitality and education sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and market research.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Hold client meetings to understand workspace needs and recommend suitable office furniture solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement and operations teams for timely project delivery.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements, and keep an updated sales pipeline with regular reports.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and payments.
• Take part in exhibitions, networking events and client presentations, and provide after-sales service.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the office furniture industry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of office furniture products, workspace solutions and project sales.
• Established network of corporate clients, consultants, architects and interior designers in the UAE is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently; valid UAE driving licence preferred.
