Sales Executive – POS Solutions (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth of our restaurant and retail point‑of‑sale (POS) system across the UAE. The role focuses on generating new business, delivering product demos and building lasting client relationships in the hospitality and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective customers in the restaurant and retail industry.
• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations of the POS solution.
• Analyse customer needs and tailor solutions to address business challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team on strategies, promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and product updates.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably selling software or technology solutions to the restaurant and retail sector.
• Strong understanding of restaurant and retail operations and challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic and French.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Valid driving licence.
