Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

AMR Properties is looking for a Sales Executive to support its real estate business in Dubai. The role focuses on building relationships with prospective buyers and investors, understanding their property needs and guiding them through suitable options and the sales process. It is an on-site position in Dubai, with regular property viewings and client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up with potential clients, and build a pipeline of prospects recorded in the company's systems.
• Understand client budgets, preferences and investment objectives, then recommend relevant properties.
• Present property features, pricing and transaction details accurately and professionally.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, respond to enquiries and keep clients informed.
• Coordinate with colleagues and other parties on negotiations, documentation and transaction completion.
• Monitor local property market activity and share client and competitor insights with the team.
• Work toward agreed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Required profile

• Strong prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation and client relationship-building skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, confident presenting property options and explaining transaction details.
• Ability to match client needs to residential or investment properties and manage enquiries through to a clear next step.
• Organised pipeline management, accurate record keeping and consistent follow-up on client commitments.
• Interest in Dubai real estate and willingness to stay informed about local listings, pricing and market activity.
• Ability to coordinate with colleagues and other parties involved in property transactions.

What we offer

• Salary of AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month.
• Accommodation and communication allowances.
