Sales Executive Supervisor - Coffee, Beverages & HORECA

About the role

Reap HR is recruiting an experienced Sales Executive Supervisor for a premium client in Abu Dhabi, working in the coffee, beverages, FMCG and HORECA sectors. The position is full-time, with immediate joiners preferred and a monthly salary of AED 6,000.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business with hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell coffee products, coffee equipment and related services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Manage key accounts and ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and client presentations.
• Conduct regular customer visits and monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Maintain sales reports, forecasts and CRM records.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of sales experience in coffee, beverages, FMCG, hospitality or HORECA.
• Proven B2B sales, business development and account management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and an established client network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred; immediate availability is an advantage.
