Sales Executive – Telecom Services

About the role

The Sales Executive will promote and sell prepaid and postpaid SIM cards, data plans, and related telecom services. You will work across multiple channels – field sales, kiosks, retail outlets and outdoor activities – to meet aggressive sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Sell SIM cards, data packages and telecom services, achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Generate leads through field visits, kiosk operations, retail partnerships and promotional events.
• Explain product features, offers and promotions to customers and help them choose suitable packages.
• Handle SIM registration, onboarding and KYC verification in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, daily reports and safeguard SIM stock and company assets.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Address customer queries and service issues professionally.
• Coordinate with supervisors on performance, operations and compliance.
• Stay updated on product launches, market trends and participate in campaigns.
• Support overall branch sales targets and perform other sales‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, retail or direct sales.
• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Flexibility to work in shifts, at retail outlets, kiosks or field locations.
• Fluency in English; Hindi, Arabic or Urdu is an advantage.
