Sales Leads Manager

About the role

The Sales Leads Manager will own the end‑to‑end process of generating, qualifying, and distributing sales leads for Red Castle. Reporting on ROI and ensuring a steady flow of high‑quality inquiries are core to the position.

Key responsibilities

• Follow written business rules to guarantee accountability for all lead‑generation activities.
• Create and qualify leads that support the sales forecast on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly bases.
• Recommend techniques to marketing and CRM teams to increase the number of qualified inquirers.
• Forecast lead volume and guide systems to deliver qualified sales leads, not just raw inquiries.
• Distribute inquiries and leads to sales teams within agreed SLA’s.
• Coordinate with agencies to ensure a predictable schedule of lead arrival each month.
• Ensure 100 % follow‑up of all sales inquiries in partnership with sales management.
• Grade inquiries based on profile answers and apply scoring models.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support ROI decisions for lead generation.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on inquiry activity by product, source and type.
• Maintain CRM data quality to deliver timely qualified leads to the sales channel.
• Advise on database marketing structure and requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing lead‑generation programs and working with external telesales vendors.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities to track ROI and performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, CRM, and sales teams to align lead flow with business goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in lead distribution and follow‑up.
