Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Lead, coach and motivate a high‑performing sales team to maximise performance.
• Strengthen brand presence through client engagement and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Prepare regular sales reports and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the electronics industry is preferred, though candidates from other sectors are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and an existing client network is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Results‑oriented, proactive, adaptable and a quick learner with a positive attitude.
