Sales Manager – AI & IoT Solutions

About the role

Auberon Technology is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle for its AI‑driven, IoT‑enabled solutions. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work on‑site, driving revenue growth by prospecting new accounts, delivering product demos, and closing complex B2B deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high‑potential leads across smart facilities, smart city, and education technology markets.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
• Represent Auberon at client meetings, industry events, and forums.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in technology, SaaS, AI, IoT, or data‑analytics solutions.
• Strong consultative selling, lead generation, and pipeline management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are beneficial.
• Experience working in the GCC region is an advantage.
