About the role
We are seeking an experienced, target‑driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Ajman. The role focuses on expanding our client base within the logistics and delivery sector, leveraging strong UAE market knowledge and field sales expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Identify, generate and convert new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update management on performance.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in logistics, courier or delivery services.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and an existing client network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence and ability to work independently.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
