Sales Manager – Corporate

About the role

The Sales Manager – Corporate at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre will drive commercial success by developing key market segments, cultivating new customer relationships and strengthening existing partnerships. The role contributes to revenue growth across rooms, meetings & events, food & beverage and other hotel offerings while delivering exceptional luxury service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate and group segments, set goals and develop action plans to achieve financial objectives.
• Identify new accounts, generate leads through sales calls, site inspections, client entertainment and participation in events and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the Revenue team on rate negotiations and with Front Office to align goals.
• Support the sales team on client visits, assess performance, and provide targeted training.
• Maintain a 24‑hour response timeline for all business leads and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a luxury hotel in the UAE, specifically within the corporate segment.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and closing high‑value deals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a professional grooming standard.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to changing business priorities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Hilton systems and global sales processes (preferred).
• Masters degree in Hospitality Management (advantageous).
• Multilingual capabilities (asset).
