About the role

Aminia Restaurant is seeking a dynamic, target‑oriented Sales Manager for its Al Karama location in Dubai. You will lead core sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and drive corporate, catering and bulk orders to meet ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market visits to generate core sales and identify business development opportunities.
  • Secure corporate, catering and bulk orders from existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new avenues to expand Aminia’s market presence.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
  • Strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
