Sales Manager – Dubai

About the role

D Prime, a global online broker, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its regional sales operations in Dubai. The role focuses on building high‑performing teams, expanding profitable client portfolios, and driving revenue growth in the competitive Forex and CFD markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution‑based sales and account management across the assigned territory.
• Develop, execute, and own annual sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
• Build and grow profitable client portfolios in line with company strategy.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting via CRM.
• Monitor sales performance, manage conversion rates, and continuously drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales teams to exceed targets.
• Represent D Prime at industry events and build strong client relationships.
• Assess sales effectiveness, costs, and results to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in sales within Forex, CFDs, or financial services.
• Strong leadership with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and travel when required.
