Sales Manager – Europe

About the role

The Sales Manager – Europe will drive revenue growth across key European source markets for One&Only Royal Mirage, focusing on luxury leisure, high‑end FIT, premium travel trade partnerships and selected group business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned European markets to increase market share and high‑value business.
• Build, maintain and expand relationships with luxury tour operators, travel advisors, DMCs, consortia and key leisure partners.
• Identify new accounts while maximising production from existing partners, focusing on ADR and overall revenue.
• Conduct regular international sales trips, client meetings, roadshows, trade shows and networking events.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, tactical campaigns and strategic partnerships while preserving rate integrity and brand positioning.
• Monitor account production, market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and address gaps.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, account plans, market reports and performance updates.
• Coordinate familiarisation trips, site inspections and key partner visits to deliver an exceptional brand experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of luxury hotel or resort sales experience, preferably with a five‑star or ultra‑luxury brand.
• Proven track record managing European source markets and strong understanding of luxury leisure distribution.
• Established relationships with key European luxury travel partners and a robust industry network.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, highly accountable and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
