About the role
The Reservations Agent will handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations for the Bulgari Resort in Dubai, ensuring guests receive accurate information and exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Process reservation requests received by phone, fax, or mail and verify room availability and rates.
- Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies, and accommodate special requests.
- Input reservation data accurately, including complimentary rooms, employee discounts, and wholesale rates.
- Escalate guest concerns following proper procedures and maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
- Adhere to company policies, present a professional appearance, and support quality assurance standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds and perform reasonable duties as assigned.
