Sales Manager – Events

About the role

The Sales Manager – Events will lead the delivery of high‑profile events across 7 Management’s venues, working closely with key stakeholders and multinational clients to promote the group’s offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive event and group booking revenue across venues.
• Generate and convert leads for private events, brand activations, and group bookings through proactive outreach.
• Prepare and manage proposals and contracts, maintaining accurate sales tracking and forecasting.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, event agencies, and multinational partners, acting as the primary contact throughout the sales process.
• Act as liaison between clients and the General Manager, sharing requirements, event briefs, and logistics, and attend select events to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, and Operations teams to align event offerings with brand positioning and promote venues via partnerships and influencer engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the hospitality sector in Dubai, preferably managing large‑scale events with active entertainment components.
• Existing database and strong network of high‑end contacts.
• Strong negotiation skills with end‑to‑end proposal and contract management experience.
• Engaging, personable with excellent communication skills and a track record of exceeding client expectations.
