Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging (GCC & Africa)

About the role

Tawazon Chemical Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of its flexible packaging portfolio across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and Africa. The role combines commercial acumen with technical knowledge to build lasting customer relationships and expand market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets in the GCC and African markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long‑term contracts.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while expanding the client base.
• Translate customer requirements into appropriate flexible packaging solutions.
• Coordinate with production, technical, and service teams to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market analyses, and business development plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging Technology or a related field.
• Significant sales and business development experience in the flexible packaging industry.
• Proven track record of managing sales across the Gulf region and African markets.
• Techno‑commercial expertise with the ability to discuss product specifications and commercial terms.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
