Sales Manager, GCC - Financial Training & Certifications

About the role

A global organization leading in financial training and certifications, which partners with investment banks, sovereign wealth funds and financial institutions to build elite finance talent, is recruiting a Sales Manager for the GCC. The role is a hunter position based in Dubai, with high autonomy, responsible for sourcing new opportunities and closing high-value deals with sophisticated financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, prospecting and generating new opportunities across the Middle East
• Managing the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed deal
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
• Hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• Selling training and learning solutions into banks, sovereign wealth funds and financial institutions
• Leading commercial conversations and navigating complex buying processes
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to structure and close deals
• Expanding existing accounts and identifying upsell opportunities
• Representing the company in client meetings, events and industry conferences
• Building brand presence in the Middle East and providing market feedback to refine the go-to-market approach

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in a hunter capacity
• Experience selling into financial institutions, banks or related sectors is a strong plus
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals
• Strong commercial instincts and confidence in client-facing situations
• Highly motivated, competitive and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a region
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East as needed

• Salary of AED 420,000 - AED 440,000 per year
• 50/50 OTE split
