Sales Manager – Infrastructure & Construction Materials

About the role

Marmol Integrated LLC is expanding its business development team in the UAE and seeks experienced sales professionals to drive growth in infrastructure and construction materials, including geosynthetics and geotechnical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities across the UAE, focusing on Abu Dhabi, by building relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and government entities.
• Identify upcoming infrastructure projects, prepare technical and commercial presentations, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver tailored proposals.
• Handle quotations, negotiations, follow‑ups and conversion of projects while maintaining market intelligence on competitors and tender requirements.

Required profile

• Engineering degree preferred with 5‑10 years of experience in technical sales of infrastructure, road construction products, geosynthetics or related materials.
• Established network among Abu Dhabi contractors, consultants, government/project stakeholders and strong business development track record.
