Sales Manager - IT Solutions & Kiosk Business

About the role

A dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager is sought for the Dubai office, responsible for selling high-value IT solutions and kiosk projects. The role covers the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and calls for strong communication and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and overseas markets
• Generate leads and close high-value IT solution and kiosk projects
• Prepare proposals, presentations, tenders and RFP responses
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution demonstrations
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
• Coordinate internally with technical and operations teams for project execution
• Follow up on opportunities and manage the sales pipeline
• Travel across the Emirates and overseas when required, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT solutions/projects, including proven experience selling high-value IT projects
• Strong experience in proposal preparation, tenders and RFP submissions
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
• Age should not exceed 35 years
• Preferred: B.Tech or similar technical background, Arabic speaking, kiosk or hardware peripherals sales experience, prior field or onsite IT support experience, and UAE market experience
