Sales Manager

About the role

Zorte FZCO, a Dubai‑based technology company specializing in smart parking, vertiport, automation and AI‑driven solutions, is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to expand its business in the UAE and GCC markets. You will lead B2B sales initiatives, build relationships with corporate clients and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers across the UAE and GCC.
• Arrange meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to closing deals.
• Develop new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor technology solutions for client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or technology solutions.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Experience in the UAE market or existing contacts is advantageous.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
