About the role

PrimeBox is a fast‑growing self‑storage and logistics provider in Dubai. The company is expanding its sales function and needs a proactive Sales Manager to turn inbound enquiries into revenue, build strategic partnerships and open new client channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full sales funnel: follow up inbound leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Proactively identify and approach new B2B and B2C prospects.
  • Analyse conversion data, pinpoint drop‑off points and implement optimisation measures.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage referral partnership programmes.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners and direct clients.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably handling inbound leads.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to act on conversion data.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems.
