Sales Manager – Leisure & Entertainment

About the role

The company operates a portfolio of UAE‑based entertainment brands—including X Distrikt, Xstrike, woo‑hoo!, DARE and multiVRse—and is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive outbound sales, develop new business and grow group revenue across schools, corporate clients and event agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute a structured outbound sales strategy to generate new business for all entertainment brands.
• Identify, prospect and approach potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of schools, corporate organisations, event agencies and community groups.
• Manage high‑value prospects and strategic accounts from outreach through negotiation and closing.
• Develop and execute dedicated school sales programmes to increase weekday bookings and educational group revenue.
• Drive corporate group bookings, create customised proposals and nurture relationships with event management and travel agencies.
• Lead, coach and manage the Sales Executives and Reservations team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, oversee reservations operations and ensure seamless hand‑over to Operations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports and performance reviews for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience in leisure, entertainment, hospitality or events.
• At least 2 years of sales leadership or team‑management experience.
• Proven track record in outbound B2B sales, new‑business acquisition and group revenue generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
