Sales Manager – Leisure

About the role

Rotana is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Leisure to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will lead sales initiatives across your portfolio, develop new business opportunities, and ensure the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive coverage of assigned accounts, targeting managerial and departmental executives to achieve sales targets.
• Implement and execute sales action plans, consistently exceeding set objectives.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close both transient and group business deals.
• Generate and nurture sales leads for Rotana within the designated leisure market.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, delivering actionable feedback to the team.
• Maintain detailed records of major accounts and support senior staff in account management processes.
• Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize up‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Sales or related field with at least two years of post‑graduate experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Proficient in English with strong written and oral communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Computer literate with solid presentation abilities.
• Guest‑focused, proactive, and results‑driven with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Demonstrates flexibility, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
