Sales Manager – Long Stay

About the role

Accor is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Long Stay for its Novotel & Adagio property in Dubai Al Barsha. You will lead sales initiatives, develop strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth within the long‑stay segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales strategies for the long‑stay market.
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business leads through outreach and networking.
• Manage existing accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure renewals to maximize long‑term partnerships.
• Conduct site inspections and business development meetings to showcase offerings and identify upsell opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, tracking performance consistently.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies, providing actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports on account performance, room nights, average rates, and market analysis for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM software platforms.
