Sales Manager – Luxury Residential Real Estate

About the role

Segrex Development LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales activities for its high‑end residential projects in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and ensure a premium client experience from inquiry to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for luxury residential developments.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing international buyers.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and coordinate closely with marketing for lead generation.
• Analyse market trends, prepare sales reports, and provide pricing and positioning feedback to leadership.
• Collaborate with operations and customer‑service teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales management, preferably in luxury or high‑end residential projects.
• Strong client relationship, negotiation and complex‑deal closing skills.
• Leadership ability to coach, mentor and motivate sales professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in standard office software.
