Sales Manager – Mega Projects (DX Air‑Conditioning Systems)

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and management of sales for DX air‑conditioning systems on mega‑projects across the UAE. The role focuses on securing large‑scale opportunities from early design through tendering, negotiation, award and execution, while meeting revenue, margin and market‑share targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for DX air‑conditioning systems targeting mega‑projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with major developers (e.g., DAMAC, Emaar, Dubai Holding) and key consultants, MEP contractors, and procurement teams.
• Identify and track residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed‑use projects from concept to delivery.
• Ensure company products are approved and specified by leading consultants and developers.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare competitive offers and maintain required profitability.
• Coordinate with factory, product management, estimation and engineering to produce technical and commercial proposals.
• Analyse competitor brands, pricing, market positioning and develop project‑specific sales strategies.
• Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, BOQs, price comparisons, value‑engineering proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Follow up on major tenders to ensure timely submission of proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years (180 months) of experience in sales of HVAC/DX air‑conditioning systems.
• Proven track record of winning large‑scale projects in the UAE market.
• Strong network with developers, consultants and MEP contractors.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles from design to execution.
