Sales Manager – MEP Retrofit

About the role

The company specializes in refurbishing and modernizing MEP systems across a range of built‑environment assets in the UAE. The Sales Manager – MEP Retrofit will lead business development, identify retrofit opportunities and convert them into profitable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for MEP retrofit across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare and industrial sectors.
• Generate leads through prospecting, networking and existing relationships, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline with forecasts.
• Translate customers' technical challenges into commercially viable retrofit solutions and prepare commercial proposals, contracts and tenders.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement, project management and finance teams to ensure smooth hand‑over from sales to execution.

Required profile

• 6‑12+ years of experience in MEP/HVAC sales, retrofit or energy‑efficiency solutions, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven B2B sales track record with building owners, developers, FM companies, consultants or property managers.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle for technically complex projects.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems, including chillers, chilled‑water systems, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs/FCUs, controls and BMS.
• Ability to develop consultative sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
